We will continue to support customers who are struggling or think they may struggle with their mortgage payments, if you need our assistance please call our Customer Support team on 0344 257 0427, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5.30pm.  If you can keep up with your mortgage payments, we would encourage you to do so, as changing your contract could lead to higher payments down the line.


Option to Product Transfer

If you are approaching the end of your initial rate mortgage with us or have reverted to a variable rate, you may be eligible to switch products using a Product Transfer. This is subject to meeting our eligibility requirements.

You may be eligible to Product Transfer if:

  • You are not moving home or increasing your mortgage balance
  • You are not seeking to add or remove a party to the mortgage
  • You are up to date with payments and haven’t missed any payments in the last 3 months

We will write to eligible customers before the initial rate ends but if you haven’t received a letter from us and think you may be eligible to Product Transfer or you'd like more information, please reach out to your mortgage adviser to talk about your personal situation. Product Transfer requests must come from a qualified mortgage adviser. We don't handle direct customer enquiries on Product Transfers, so your mortgage adviser is the best person to help.
