If your client is a new or experienced Portfolio Landlord, then we're here to help them grow with Portfolio Express.
For any cases your client submits across a 12-month period following their first Portfolio Submission they'll follow a more streamlined application process. That means we'll use the existing documents that the customer submitted with their initial application and only require a few additional documents to support the application.
Eligibility requirements
Must have submitted a Buy to Let application and that case has been offered.
A fully completed application form including details of the new property and deposit details (where applicable).
A satisfactory credit check.
A completed direct debit mandate and declaration.
Portfolio Pro Forma uploaded to each case submitted.
All other policy criteria applies.
