Connect Registration Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

The prize draw is open to brokers who register with The Mortgage Lender (“TML”) aged over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of TML, as well as their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the draw to win a bottle of champagne to the value of £50 (the prize draw) or in helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

To be entered into the prize draw, the entrant must complete the registration process with TML by clicking the registration link, which will be sent by email.

Entry is free and only one entry per person is permitted into the prize draw. There is no exception to this rule.

The prize is as specified: one bottle of champagne.

TML accepts no responsibility for entries not received or not successfully completed due to a technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind and is not responsible for inaccurate prize details connected with this prize draw.

No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

One winner will be chosen at random on 22^nd November 2024 from qualifying entries.

The winner will be notified by email within 7 days. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, TML reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and shall be entitled to pick a replacement winner in accordance with the process described above.

The prize will be delivered to the winner, using the information registered with TML and only the prize winner picked will be eligible to receive it.

TML’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

By participating in the prize draw all entrants agree that TML will not be liable for any costs, expenses, injury, loss or damage sustained or incurred by any entrant with regards to the prize.

The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Moet & Chandon.

Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. TML reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

TML reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if it becomes necessary to do so.

TML must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation TML will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@themortgagelender.co.uk or writes to The Mortgage Lender Limited, Atrium Court, 50 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 6HQ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 7. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact TML at marketing@themortgagelender.co.uk. In such circumstances, TML must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
