Missed a payment?
If you've already missed a payment, it’s important that you contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. They can discuss the options available to you based on your circumstances and what you can afford to pay.
We'll work with you to understand your individual circumstances. We have a range of options available to support customers.
Options available to customers who are experiencing or are at risk of experiencing financial difficulties include payment arrangements, interest-only payments, changing your mortgage term, and capitalisation of arrears.
Availability of these options is based on individual circumstances, it’s important that you get in touch with us as soon as you can. The quicker you speak to us, the more options you’ll have.

Please contact us as early as possible if you have not missed a mortgage payment but you are worried about making payments in the future. We'll work with you to support you and discuss options to make your payments more manageable.

Other ways we can support you
Term Extension
You can apply to extend the term of your mortgage so you repay the balance over a longer time, which reduces your monthly payments.
Interest Only
Interest only is a short-term option where you pay the interest on your mortgage to reduce monthly payments. It's important to remember that payments will rise after the interest-only period.
Product Transfer
You may have a fixed rate or tracker mortgage that's coming to an end or already ended. If that's the case you might be eligible to switch to another one of our products using a Product Transfer.
